Concept 101

Concept 101 (@concept_101_event) is a one day conference event in London that aims to bring together the concept art community through lectures, networking opportunities, portfolio reviews and an afterparty.
The event is non-profit. This means the tickets are free for attendees and the event is fully funded by sponsors who are represented onsite.

• Daniel McGarry:
  Having worked in the Concept Art industry for 4 years Daniel has worked across a variety of projects such as The Creator, Quiet Place: Day One and Doctor Strange MotM at studios like ILM and Framestore. He has also worked on games, music videos and adverts as a freelancer and continues to create and build on personal IP’s.
• Stefan Valasek :
  Stefan is a passionate concept artist working in the video game industry. He has been working for Sharkmob on their games for almost 4 years, most recently on their newly announced game: Exobourne. Stefan is also a co-founder of the Concept101 event in London. He enjoys sketching fantastical worlds and environments and doing world building projects.
• Jules Darriulat :
  Jules has been working in the Film and TV industry as a concept artist for the last 3 years.
  Having worked across a variety of projects such as Wednesday, The 3 Body Problem, His Dark Materials, Doctor Who, Paddington 3 and Multiple unreleased projects, Jules has experience working within film and TV art departments as well as with vendors such as Framestore. Jules continues to seek for self improvement through personal work and the Concept101 event he Co Founded.
