Rafael Teruel, better known as Rafater (@rafater_official), is an illustrator and concept artist from Girona, Spain. His work includes clients such as Riot Games, Marvel, Wizards of the Coast, Games Workshop, and Netease Games, and he has contributed to projects tied to well-known IPs like League of Legends, Magic the Gathering, Warhammer 40K, Marvel Villainous, Total War Battles: Warhammer, Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, and Fallout, among others.
He has also worked on advertising projects for renowned brands like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Binance, Dell, and Glovo, McDonalds, bringing his artistic vision and concepts to the development of final products.
In addition, he combines his freelance work with teaching, offering classes at various schools and universities. Throughout his career, he has explored multiple styles and designed everything from video game characters to keyframes for films, as well as environments and buildings. In short, he stays busy.
